Medical Equipment Convoys

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Aide Médicale et Caritative France-Ukraine (AMCFU) has been tirelessly mobilized to assist the most vulnerable populations.

With a strong network of partners in France and Ukraine, AMCFU carries out concrete actions tailored to the needs on the ground, demonstrating unwavering solidarity. The convoys organized by AMCFU are designed to meet the specific needs of the Ukrainian population, whether displaced, refugees, or living in areas most affected by the fighting.

We assist Ukrainians with:

  • Medical convoys: At the heart of AMCFU’s work, these convoys deliver essential medical supplies to hospitals and health centers. This includes medications, bandages, surgical equipment, radiology equipment, and resuscitation equipment.
  • Aid convoys to orphanages: Aware of the distress of children who have lost their families, AMCFU organizes specific convoys for orphanages. These convoys transport essential products, clothing, toys, educational and school supplies, as well as hygiene products for the youngest.
  • Support convoys for displaced populations: Displaced populations within Ukraine or refugees in neighboring countries urgently need support. AMCFU’s convoys provide them with hygiene kits, warm clothing, food products, and blankets.

Thanks to the generosity of its donors and the dedication of its volunteers, AMCFU has successfully completed numerous projects:

  • Over 70 humanitarian convoys have been organized since the start of the conflict, delivering tons of medical supplies and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
  • Nearly 12,000 first aid kits (IFAKs) have been distributed to civilians, helping them manage minor or severe injuries and prevent complications.
  • Thousands of medical beds have been installed in Ukrainian hospitals, improving patient care conditions.
  • More than 200 specialized medical devices (ventilators, radiology equipment, etc.) have been provided to healthcare facilities, enhancing their ability to treat the injured.
  • Thousands of medications have been distributed, enabling the treatment of numerous people and combating severe illnesses.
  • Over 100 medical training sessions have been organized, allowing hundreds of Ukrainian healthcare professionals to acquire new skills.

AMCFU works closely with Ukrainian authorities, healthcare professionals, and local organizations to identify the most urgent needs. Through attentive listening, regular situation analysis, and on-the-ground missions, the association is able to adapt its actions and respond to new demands.

Beyond emergency aid, AMCFU is committed to long-term projects aimed at strengthening the Ukrainian healthcare system. These include:

  • Emergency medicine training: We organize training sessions for Ukrainian doctors and nurses to help them learn new techniques and improve their skills to respond to attacks on civilians and save lives.
  • First aid kits: AMCFU distributes first aid kits containing essential medical supplies to civilians.
  • Medical equipment: We provide medical equipment to Ukrainian hospitals and health centers, including medical beds, ventilators, radiology equipment, and operating tables.
  • Neonatal tables: The association provides neonatal tables to Ukrainian maternity hospitals to improve care for newborns.
  • External and internal fixators: We supply external and internal fixators to Ukrainian hospitals for the treatment of fractures and severe injuries.

The success of AMCFU’s actions relies on the generosity of everyone. In-kind donations (medical equipment, clothing, hygiene products) and financial contributions help fund the convoys, projects, and activities of the association.

Quick Donation

Since 2014, AMCFU has been tirelessly providing medical and humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian population, particularly in regions heavily affected by the war. We strive to improve living conditions and deliver essential assistance to the most vulnerable groups.

AMCFU sends ambulances, specialized medical equipment, and emergency care supplies, as well as European-standard medications, in collaboration with paramedics and doctors from France and Ukraine. The aid is distributed to hospitals with the most urgent needs.
